It was here, scavenging among the bones of fallen Mages, that Hugo first discovered the Codex of Dreambone—a relic infused with dimensional ink and crafted in secret by rogue Mages. Upon touching it, his imagination began to bend reality itself.

From sketching toys to distract weeping orphans to conjuring floating lights that mimic forgotten starlight, Hugo’s powers grew. But they came with a price: the more he created, the more he desired—artifacts, tomes, and even people who could feed his inner hunger for more. His flaw, greed, became a quiet specter at his side, testing his love for others.
